free pool perfect location restaurant recommendation no help hotel staff
the receptionist gave amazing restaurant recommendations. they sorted taxis too. a free pool was available too. the hotel was in a perfect location. it was clean.
the hotel did not help me. the staff literally disregarded what happen. i asked about cameras but they said there was none.

serviceable stay, but with some setbacks
noise isolation proper insulation
the noise isolation was nearly nonexistent. i Could hear everything from the neighboring rooms, ANY time. this made it difficult to relax at night, and it was a real problem. it definitley detracted from the overall experience. the lack of proper insulation needs addressing.

spacious room efficient aircon
my room was a twin room balcony and i found it spacious. the air conditioning worked very well. i appreciated the closeness to several minimarts. this was convenient for grabbing quick necessities.
The pool was across the road, and i found this a bit inconvenient. I prefer pools within the hotel premises

the reception staff were fine (i guess).
I really hated the lack of soundproofing. I heard my neighbors at all hours. it was especially bad when they were up late.

the staff were helpful. they offered recommendations for places to eat and beaches to visit. the room was very super clean and cozy. towels were changed regularly, and the room was nicely decorated. the location is great, close to many amenities.

I found the staff helpful and kind. They provided local tips and always offered assistance. The hotel's proximity to the bus station made travel simple, with easy access to beaches and other attractions. I especially liked the pool area across the road. It offered a refreshing escape.
